How to tackle and combat hate speech online is the topic of a two-day conference in Budapest from Tuesday 27 November 2012. Council of Europe Secretary General Thorbjørn Jagland and chairman of the Open Society Institute George Soros will be the keynote speakers. Closing remarks will be given by the Norwegian State Secretary Torgeir Larsen.
