Norwegian Ambassador nominated as Council of Europe Special Representative to the EU

Norway's former ambassador to the Council of Europe, M. Torbjørn Frøysnes, has been nominated as the Special Representative of the Secretary General and Director of the Brussels Office of the Council of Europe.
