The Charter for Regional or Minority Languages: Fourth report on Norway.

The Committee of Experts under the the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages adopted on 9 October 2009 its fourth report on Norway. While acknowledging the efforts the Norwegian authorities have undertaken to protect regional and minority languages in the country, the Committee of Experts gives recommendations for further improvements.
